In so many ways, the state budget was very disappointing when it came to making progress on addressing the affordable housing crisis in New York. At the same time, there were some notable successes and there is promise of still more passage of housing bills before the legislature adjourns in June. We will also be laying the groundwork for a more successful legislative session in 2024.
